| Château du Breuil, a limited liability company with a capital of 50 000 €, registered with the Nanterre Trade Registry under Siret number B 450 591 573, is holder of an agreement n° HA041080003 delivered 31st October 2008 and whose intra-community VAT number is FR9445059157300016.
Chateau du Breuil has underwritten a civil and professional liability insurance policy with AGF IART, 87 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris, covering, in particular, the pecuniary consequences which may be incumbent on the company due to corporal, material or immaterial damages caused to clients, suppliers of services, or third parties as a result of fault, a mistake of law or fact, omission or negligence committed during its activity and this, in the limit of 300 000 € per claim and per insurance year insured for corporal, material and immaterial damages. 1. Reservation conditions
In the case of an electronic reservation with immediate check of availability, your reservation is confirmed only after verification of your bank card details left as a payment guarantee. In the case of reservation made by mail, the booking entails 3 stages:
1) You send us your booking request 2) We will send you a proposition according to availability as quickly as possible 3) On reception of our proposition you have 48 hours to confirm your booking by sending us your bank card details (16 numbers, expiry date and last 3 figures of the cryptogram) In the case of a phone reservation, your booking is confirmed after verification of your bank card details left as payment guarantee.
Your reservation number will be sent you by mail when you make a booking. Keep this number, as you will need it to make any modifications.
The bank card details left as guarantee will be used to prepay the total amount of services reserved (rooms, meals, breakfasts and other services pre-booked). This pre-payment will be made in the month prior to the final day of stay.
Any stay booked for longer than 3 nights or for between 3 and 7 rooms will require a 50% deposit based on the total number of services booked.
Any reservation for 8 rooms or more will require full payment of the total booking at least 30 days prior to date of arrival. 2. Accommodation As is customary, the rooms are available, unless otherwise specified, from 16.00 to 11.00.
They can accommodate as follows:
. double room: 2 adults and a baby . twin room: 2 adults and a baby . triple room: 2 adults, 1 child(-12 years old) and /or a baby . quadruple room: 4 adults and a baby . quintuple room/ 4 adults, 1 child (-12 years old) and/or a baby They have adults’ beds and children’s beds.
. A triple room is a double room in which an extra bed is installed for a child less than 12 years old. . A quadruple room is a Junior suite, a Suite or an Apartment . A quintuple room is a Suite or an Apartment in which an extra bed is installed for a child less than 12 years old. Catering formulas are as follows:
. Full board includes 3 meals a day starting with dinner the first night and finishing with lunch on the last morning. . Half board includes dinner the first night and finishes with breakfast the last morning. . Drinks are not included unless specifically stated otherwise. 3. Payment Bank cards accepted are: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express

Accommodation voucher If you have a voucher for a reservation made through a website or agency, by mail or telephone, you must present it on arrival at the hotel. 5. Cancellation conditions In case of cancellation by the client, the following will be withheld:
. reservation for stay of 3 nights or less and/or a reservation of up to2 rooms : 100% of the stay if cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival (12 p.m.) . reservation for stay of more than 3 nights and/or reservation of between 3 and 7 rooms: 100% of the stay if total or partial cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival. . reservation of 8 rooms or more, or any other pre-booked service: 100% of the stay or pre-booked service if total or partial cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. . a no-show at the hotel : 100% of the stay or reservation including all the pre-booked services. 6. Responsibility and Guarantee We cannot be held responsible if problems during your stay are attributable notably to yourself, to circumstances outside our control, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by an external supplier of services. We explicitly inform you that photographs are given as an indication and are no way contractually binding.
7. After sales service Before making a reservation it is the responsibility of each client to inform himself about possible local events, such as carnivals, religious holidays, national holidays which could affect his stay. No claim concerning this can be made afterwards. Any claim for non-execution or bad-execution of performance should be made at the time so that we can provide a solution and/or compensation.
