A cooking lesson can build interesting group dynamics under the auspices of our Chef who would share his know-how .He who can prepare foie gras like nobody else and make low calorie sauces – dishes to be tasted afterwards. Think about it! During your meetings, a seated massage for everybody based on different techniques including shiatsu, could bring immediate relaxation, a renewal of energy and vigour and total soothing of body and mind.
