Welcome to the dining room!
Your meals will be served on reservation in the intimacy of one of the dining-rooms. The three dining-rooms are decorated in different styles and colours, each highlighted with superb stucco and paneling. You are invited to vary the pleasures during your stay by changing the venue for dinner and breakfast. In good weather meals can be served outside on the terrace in the shade of century old oak trees.
   
An invitation to gastronomy
The restaurant’s cuisine derives its inspiration from fresh naturally produced ingredients and is appreciated for its creativity.
The menus, inspired from the Sologne and Loire Valley region are exclusively prepared with fresh natural ingredients. The sauces retain a hint of French renaissance cuisine, utilising white or red wines and their preparation is practically fat-free.
Dinner by candle light is composed of four courses plus an appetizer. The menu is renewed every day. It is displayed every morning for you to browse and make your choices.
Our Chef is happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.
Children’s menu can be discussed with the parents on your arrival at the hotel.
   
Pleasure of wine tasting
Each day we propose that you discover some Loire wines to accompany and complement the menu.
Tasting our selection each day is an opportunity to try 3 regional wines, discovering the originality of grape variety, the vintage year and its character.
Our wine growers are praised daily for their Cheverny white and red wines. The ancient Cour Cheverny vineyards were ordered to be planted by François 1st.
